Description
This type of shelter is designed for storage of machinery, cars or as a workshop for construction sites. A popular building for multiple purposes. This building is equipped with wind cross stabilisers to secure the building against high wind pressure. Made in a Galvaframe construction.
Construction
The heavy steel frame is powder coated in white, it is bolted together with heavy bolts and stabilised with heavy purlins and wind stabilisers which give maximum strength to the whole building, the building has large square steel foot plates that provide a sturdy foundation on the ground. The shelter is secured with stake pegs(1.25 m), that are driven in to the ground through holes in the foot plates. The foot plates can also be mounted on other surfaces as concrete. The shelter has a natural air circulation due to the opening along the ground at both ends of the tent. This circulation helps prevent condensation on the inside of the shelter.
Tarpaulin
UV resistant PVC in 600 gr. quality. The tarpaulin has a high tensile strength and has a woven core which makes it almost impossible to tear. If the tarpaulin is cut the Rip Stop will prevent the hole from getting bigger. The tarpaulin is a 3 layer with an outer coating to prevent dirt build-up and make cleaning very easy. The 600 gr. quality is flame retardant. The tarpaulin has a dirt skirt on both long sides, which protect against cross wind. This dirt skirt must be dug into the soil or covered by heavy stones or others heavy material. Please note! A fork lift is needed for unloading.
