We recommend you place your garden shed on a firm and level surface such as concrete, paving slabs, flagstones, wood etc. However, if you would like to place your garden shed directly on the ground, we recommend that you place a tarpaulin or similar as membrane, then place your garden shed on top and finally, install your floor inside the shed. This will provide better insulation and minimise condensation.
