Everything was fine with the delivery, which was fast and perfect. The tent is great and contrary to my prior expectations, it is NOT too big (for my purposes), but simply elegant and beautiful. The size of the tent is fine, it is just great and perfect.

I ordered Monday a marquee for our wedding reception that will take place this summer, and I’m pleasantly surprised by the quality of the product, the speedy delivery and most of all by the (little) cost of you services.

I must say, I find you randomly on the Internet and, despite my fear of Internet buying; I went for it because of the positive comments I could read.

Today, only three days after ordering, I got my marquee in parcels: not damaged, and most of all, complete… Amazing!

I ordered tables and chairs to renew my garden furniture. I noticed a very good quality of your products, actually very good taking into account the very reasonable prices. Furthermore, I was surprised that the delivery service and the solutions to my problems went very quick. My orders delivered from Denmark arrived in just few days. Checking out the packages, I realized that four chairs were missing from the order. I reported the issue the 15th September in the evening and the morning of 19th September I received the missing articles (still delivered from Denmark).

Nowadays when inefficiency and frauds are very common, it is nice to know that some companies are still working very well.

3 weeks ago I bought a Garage tent from Dancover and I must say, it was a really good buy. I use it to store firewood so it is nice and dry when I need it for my fireplace. The quality of the tent is very good and it even withstood the very strong storm we recently had.

Regarding my recent purchase, I just want to say how well pleased I am with the transaction and quality of the items and will have no difficulty in recommending your company in future.

Fantastic service in Dancover. I ordered a garage tent Tuesday at 12:20 and it was delivered to my home at 11:00 Wednesday!

My marquee survived the storm last night with speeds of 88mph recorded just a couple of miles down the road! Of course I had also added storm straps and additional support … yet I was still impressed! An awesome product for the money which has lasted far longer and survived lots more than I had ever expected.

We recently ordered a 4x8 Pop-up Canopy FleXtent with logo print. When it arrived we assembled it in the courtyard next to our office. We were very anxious to see how it looked. We were especially anxious because this was the first time we had paid a large amount of money in advance to an online store we didn’t yet know. However, your kindness and understanding had made us trust it would be okay. Almost all the members of our board were present when we assembled the marquee. And I am glad to inform we were all very pleased about both the packaging, the material and the quality of the structure and parts. I am very pleased and would like to thank all of you and will of course recommend your canopies to everyone I know.

I purchased a gazebo 5 x 8 the day 13/06/2013. the same day I made the transfer and after about an hour I received by mail the invoice and the details about time required for delivery. The indication was saying it would be delivered the day 19/06/2013 and that indication was true at 100%. The day19/06/2013 -Today I have already installed the gazebo and it took the attention by customers who have visited my dealership. Someone asked me the address of the company where I purchased it.

The 2nd November, I placed my mc into the bubble and today, 17 April, my mc was taken out.
The bubble has been running smoothly, no problems at all, I have much moisture in the "cabin" where it stands, up to 95% some times, so I've been very curious about whether it could live up to the expectations.
I have experienced that my steel shelving and laminate flooring has been quite dull of moisture, but inside the bubble there have not been moisture to see at all, despite the humidity level inside and outside the bubble has been the same.
Forwarding some pictures of the machine, immediately after having opened up into the mc. They speak for themselves. :-)

Yesterday I received my order – today the tent has been erected. Conclusion: excellent quality, fits perfectly. I am truly satisfied with my product. Furthermore I have received an excellent sales service, good communication, good response to inquiries, guidance and correct messages’. A great pleasure. You really have an internet-service that matches the level of our expectations and even more. I will surely recommend you to my acquaintances and I think I will be ordering again soon.

One disadvantage to buying online is that you cannot inspect the what you are buying in advance. Online retailer compensate for this by offering lower prices, clear descriptions, good options to return unsuitable products, online reviews etc… I buy a lot of things online because I live in a very rural area and this is the only option available to me for many items.

Buying a Marquee online is not like buying other things online. They are big, heavy, difficult to return, and quite a significant investment.

There are many Marquees for sale online, many of questionable quality. I did a lot of research before selection Dancover. I selected Dancover because they use PVC rather than PPE, the poles are galvanized and because this is the brand that most commercial Marquee rental companies choose for their higher specification offerings. However, I could not find any positive reviews online and this made me nervous.

I finally placed my order just a week before the first event we had planned. Dancover advised that delivery would take 3 - 5 days so I was cutting it close, but despite the fact that I live in a very rural area in the west of Ireland, the Marquee was delivered 3 days later - 7 boxes with a total weight of 175kgs!

The quality was very high - better than most Marquees I have seen and better than I expected. The material is thick and reassuringly durable and the Marque felt very robust (I did not get the ground bars). On one side panel a window was not sealed properly and on another an eyelet hole was not properly finished, but I consider these to be minor imperfections given the amount of work involved in making a tent of this size (4 x 10 meters). I contacted Dancover and they immediately agreed to send two replacement side panel - impressive customer service!

This review is for anyone who finds themselves in the position I was in a few weeks ago - anxious about buying a Marquee online. My experience with Dancover (both the Marquee itself and the service) has been very good so far. I would recommend them,

I have ordered a Marquee with you with corresponding ground bar. Very fast I received a mail concerning that you have received my order and that the ground bar was a backorder item but that it would be sent as soon as possible. I also received a mail saying that the tent had been shipped from your warehouse. Then yesterday I received a call from the deliveryman who should bring the tent, when he was on his way, if there was anybody home to receive the tent. There wasn’t and I asked if he could deliver it at my parents’ place that live nearby, which was no problem for him. Really good service. When he came home to my parents, my father went out to receive the parcels and naturally also help him unload. For this the deliveryman thanked him. We believe that we should be thanking him and you for delivering at a different address thank agreed upon. I will definitely recommend you if I hear about anybody else who are in need of a tent.

Hello, following the purchase of a tent garage late last December, here are my comments. Serious seller. Good order tracking (mail exchange and phone calls with the sales team). Quick delivery : after 5 days (Only concern : The carrier does not notify when he arrives!). Product partially Delivered but the client is notified. Regarding the product : comply with the description and quality. Particularly valuable thing : easy to assembly. Documents provided (Assembly guide) are really well done, easy to understand. The assembly is facilitated by the" vacuum tubes " technical. No screw missing, no bolts, no washer ! Accessories are labeled which limits installation errors. For my part, assembly time : 5h with no stress (2:30 for the structure; 2:30 for the fabric and finishes). The ease of installation make it easy to install the first time and without efforts. This is really nice !! To recommend with no hesitation.
