Display and branding for exhibitions, markets, and events

Display and branding products help you present your business, products, and key messages clearly. At Dancover, you can find everything from compact, portable displays to larger solutions for creating a complete exhibition stand or branded event space.

The range includes roll-up banners, pop-up banners, truss displays with digital print, A-boards, FleXtents® banners, printed pop-up gazebos, and red carpet runners with print. Use them at exhibitions, trade shows, markets, sporting events, product launches, campaigns, and in showrooms.

Which display solution is right for your event?

The right solution depends on where it will be used, how much space is available, and how far away your message needs to be visible.

• Roll-up banners provide a portable, vertical display for exhibition stands, receptions, meetings, and showrooms.
• Pop-up banners are quick to set up and can be positioned alongside sports pitches, activity areas, and other prominent locations.
• Truss displays with digital print create a large, continuous backdrop for a stand, presentation area, or photo setting.
• A-boards are useful at entrances, outside shops, and near stands where you need to present an offer, information, or directions.
• FleXtents® pop-up gazebos with digital print combine a covered stand with large surfaces for logos, images, colours, and campaign messages.
• Printed red carpet runners can define an entrance and link the arrival area visually with the rest of your event branding.

Also consider how often the equipment will be transported and assembled. A compact display that is quick to handle may be the most practical choice for frequent events. For a larger exhibition stand, combine several products so that each one has a clear purpose.

Portable banners and display backdrops

Roll-up banners are a practical choice when you need to take the same message to different venues. They require relatively little space during transport and can be positioned at an entrance, beside a product display, or within the stand itself.

A truss display provides a much larger visual surface and can serve as a backdrop for products, staff, presentations, or photography. Pop-up banners are a flexible addition when you want to position branding closer to an activity or place several matching displays around an area.

Printed pop-up gazebos for branded event spaces

A FleXtents® pop-up gazebo with digital print provides both a visible stand and shelter for staff, visitors, or products. This makes it suitable for markets, exhibitions, sporting events, outdoor promotions, and other temporary activities.

You can choose from various sizes and models as well as different levels of customisation. A single printed logo creates a clear link to your organisation, while digital print across larger parts of the canopy and sidewalls provides more room for images, colours, text, and graphic elements.

FleXtents® banners can be used to add specific messages or adapt the gazebo for a particular campaign or event. Check the individual product information to see which print areas, sidewalls, and accessories are available for your chosen model.

How do you order displays with your own print?

Start by choosing the product, size, and required print area. Then decide which elements are most important: your logo, product images, contact details, a campaign message, or a combination of these.

Artwork requirements and file formats may vary between products. Follow the instructions for the display you have selected when submitting logos, images, and other graphics. If you are unsure about print areas, artwork, or product options, our experts can advise you before production begins.

Keep the design focused. One clear message, a recognisable logo, and strong contrast are often more effective than filling the available surface with numerous small elements.

Planning displays for outdoor use

For outdoor events, consider visibility, the surface, and the weather before selecting your equipment. Gazebos, signs, and banners must be assembled and secured according to the instructions supplied with the individual product.

Check what is included and whether you need additional anchoring, weights, or other safety equipment for the intended location. Products should always be taken down when the weather conditions exceed the limits stated in their instructions.

Some displays are designed primarily for indoor or sheltered settings, while others can also be used outdoors. Check the specifications on the relevant product page before ordering.

Create a coordinated exhibition stand

A consistent display does not require print on every available surface. Instead, combine products that perform different tasks: a printed pop-up gazebo as the main structure, a truss display as a backdrop, an A-board at the entrance, and banners for your most important messages.

Dancover also offers lighting, folding tables, folding chairs, brochure stands, and other equipment for exhibition stands and event areas. If you have questions about the products or digital print options, you can contact us by phone, email, or chat.

Frequently asked questions about display and branding

Which display product should I choose?

Consider the location, viewing distance, available space, and how often the display will be transported. A roll-up banner is often suitable for indoor presentations, while a printed pop-up gazebo can form the basis of a larger outdoor stand. Several products can be combined when you need different messages or display functions.

Can I use my own logo and artwork?

Yes. Selected products can be supplied with your logo, text, photographs, illustrations, or other graphic material. The available print areas and artwork requirements depend on the individual product.

Can the display products be used outdoors?

Some displays are suitable for outdoor use, while others are intended mainly for indoor or sheltered locations. Always check the product description and follow the instructions for assembly, anchoring, and use in different weather conditions.
