Fast setup and flexible use

A FleXtents® pop-up gazebo has a collapsible frame with a roof cover. Unlike a traditional tent, the legs and roof bars do not need to be assembled individually each time. The frame is opened gradually, the legs are adjusted, and the gazebo is secured correctly on the chosen surface.

Smaller models can normally be set up in a few minutes by at least two people familiar with the system. Larger gazebos require additional people and more space during setup. Once folded, the frame takes up relatively little room and can be transported and stored in a suitable carry bag.

Choose a pop-up gazebo when fast setup, easy transport and flexible use are important. It can provide a practical market stall, exhibition stand, information point, catering area, team shelter or temporary covered space. Sizes, sidewalls and accessories

FleXtents® pop-up gazebos are available with steel or aluminium frames. Steel provides a strong construction at an attractive price, while aluminium combines high strength with a lower frame weight and can therefore be more convenient for frequent transport.

Roof covers and sidewalls vary between series and models. Options include closed sidewalls, walls with windows or entrances, half walls and open configurations for sales, catering and product displays. Some models are supplied as open shelters, while others include one or more sidewalls, so always check the product description to see exactly what is included.

With FleXtents® accessories, you can adapt the setup with sidewalls, ground bar frames, rain gutters, connectors, carry bags, weight discs and mosquito nets. Several compatible gazebos can also be positioned next to each other to create a larger covered area. Accessories from different sizes and series are not necessarily interchangeable, so check compatibility before ordering.

Always secure your pop-up gazebo correctly

Every pop-up gazebo must be anchored at each leg, even when the weather appears calm. Storm straps and suitable pegs can be used on grass and other soft surfaces. On asphalt, concrete and paving, use appropriate weights or another suitable anchoring solution.

A Safety Pack can provide relevant anchoring equipment, but the correct solution depends on the size of the gazebo, the surface and the weather conditions. Sidewalls can increase the wind load and do not reduce the need for secure anchoring.

Check the weather forecast before and during the event. A pop-up gazebo is a temporary shelter and must not be erected or left standing in strong winds, heavy rain or other severe weather. Correct anchoring improves stability but does not make the gazebo suitable for all weather conditions.
